With considerable help from my friends Ronnie Barnes and Phil Derome I am compiling a list of changes that will be made to the first printing. Many of these changes are not errors made by myself, the copyeditor or the printer; the list includes numerous minor alterations that improve the clarity of the text.

To know whether you have a first printing, look inside on the publication details page. If it says ‘reprinted with corrections November 2008’ you will not need to make these changes, and neither will you need to download the corrected spreadsheets below.
